Yes, you can. But first, you’ll need to check if your new address is within Time coverage. Please note that you can relocate to selected buildings only.
On your Self Care dashboard, click Manage Plan > Terminate Service. Fill up the form and submit your request.
You are required to submit or upload a copy of:
- Your MyKad (or passport if you are not Malaysian);
- Form 9 (local company);
- Form 79, Form 80, Form 80a, Form 83 or Form 83a (foreign-registered company) OR Certificate of Practice issued by the relevant authority (NGO/Association/Cooperative) and;
- A copy of the front of your credit card for verification purposes if you wish to opt for the Auto Debit payment method.
You get one (1) voice line with free calls of up to:
– 100 mins/month for the 100Mbps plan
– 200 mins/month for the 300Mbps plan
– 300 mins/month for the 500Mbps plan
– 500 mins/month for the 1Gbps plan
Yes you can. However, you will be charged for the remaining months of your contract.
We can get your service up as soon as 3 days after you sign up, but the date and time is subject to availability.
We provide basic cabling services of up to 20 metres from point-of-entry i.e. main door (6 metres from the socket for buildings with pre-laid fibre) to the location you have designated for your equipment (e.g. router). Should relocation be required in the future, charges will apply based on the cabling material and manpower required. Additional charges may apply for requests beyond the basic cabling services we provide depending on your requirements. Please ask for the approved rate card to confirm cost to be incurred (if any), which are payable directly to the Time-appointed installer.

You will receive an acknowledgement SMS upon successful registration. We will then call you to arrange the installation within 48 hours after checking on the details of the coverage of the Business Fibre services in your area. After the installation appointment date has been successfully set, we will then share the full appointment details with you via SMS.
Please get ready five (5) power outlets and some cash as charges may apply for cabling depending on the requirements at your business premise.
It is best for you to be present at your business premises during the installation. However, if you are unable to be present on the installation day, we highly recommend that one of your IT personnel is present during the installation as our Maxperts will help to set up your plan at your premises to help ensure that your network is configured appropriately.
For existing customer changing to the All-New Maxis Home Fibre plans, DECT phone is not provided, and you will have to buy your own.
You may upgrade to Business Fibre plan with Fixed IP with a new 24 month contract. The Fixed IP plans will require an extra fee of RM200/mth.
The Mesh WiFi is a device that helps you to expand your WiFi coverage range throughout your office and to eliminate any WiFi dead spots within your office. This is because high quality WiFi coverage throughout your office is important to keep your employees productive.
One unit of Mesh WiFi are provided for FREE for all 300Mbps, 500Mbps and 800Mbps plans and you may add additional units of the Mesh WiFi for only RM12.50/mth each.
You may also add on a Mesh WiFi if you opt for the 30Mbps and 100Mbps plans at the same price of RM12.50/mth each.
